First, a day celebrating St. Josemaría Escrivá is not a Holy Day of Obligation.

If you went to Mass on Saturday evening which is the liturgical day of Sunday, then your Sunday obligation has been fulfilled.

However, if the Saturday Mass you attended was Saturday morning, the liturgical day of Saturday, you must attend Mass again on Sunday.
